How do I reset my Master Password?
For security reasons, Wondelo does not store your Master Password. If you've forgotten it, you will need to use your recovery key or reset your account. Contact us if you need guidance.
How does cross-device sync work?
Wondelo uses end-to-end encryption to sync your vault across devices. Simply log in with the same account on another device to access your data.
